Tooly (toolykit.ai) is operated by BeMe Limited. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.

2. Free Tier

All tools are available to use for free with a limit of 1 use per tool per day. No account or signup is required for free usage. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits at any time.

3. Credits & Payments

Additional usage is available by purchasing credits.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
All credit purchases are non-refundable.
Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the tools.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Resell or redistribute tool outputs commercially without attribution.

5. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeMe Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you input. Outputs generated by our AI tools are provided for your use, but we make no claims of originality or accuracy. The Tooly brand, logo, and website content are the property of BeMe Limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
